Last Day in Bangkok

Bangkok sure is one crazy City. The traffic is endless and so on the crowds of people. You can see the pollution in the air and the heat in the humanity just engulf you every time you step outside. There is always noise that drones in the background and the stench of the canals wants through the air.
Everyone looks exhausted from the Heat especially those riding in non air-conditioned buses. Nothing moves at a very fast pace.
It's a much more diversity than what you would imagine. Not only is it home to a variety of Asian people, it is also home too many Middle Eastern and Western nationalities. The people from The Hills and those from other Asian countries like Myanmar are the people who do the most menial tasks. Not unlike immigrants in the United States.
I also don't care for the way they treat the elderly. Many old people were pushing carts a sweeping streets with straw brooms. you saw many living on the street and sleeping in doorways. They don't have the social structure here to provide for these people.
Someone was telling me today that section of town and which I'm staying is amongst the cleanest areas in Bangkok. I found that really interesting!
Three days is enough. It is time to move on. I am tired of the heat the pollution the crowds and the traffic as are the citizens of Bangkok. I've discovered the fastest way to get anywhere in Bangkok is to walk.
To finish up my sightseeing today I went to see the temple of the Dawn or Wat Arun. It was a very beautiful Temple. Tourists were unable to go inside, but the outside is very beautiful. It's one of the few temples that are popular tourist but I have not seen. Once again I took the water shuttle. There's a regular tourist boat but I took the shuttle because it only costs about $0.50. it was great fun.
Tonight I'm in my room. I made my last trip to Starbucks this afternoon and now I'm getting ready to go to bed as I have to be up around 4 to 4:30.

Off to New Delhi.
